Delivery across Russia

We send by Russian Post (up to 1-2 kg – 350r, more than 2kg – we will calculate based on the weight and your region).

Delivery time is usually from 2 to 10 days, in very remote settlements it can take longer. In recent years, it has been working quite well, it has not lost anything, it goes fast enough, but it is not always the cheapest option.

Boxbury pick-up points. Delivery across Russia to most settlements. Shipping cost is paid by you upon receipt.

In Moscow, Boxbury delivery usually takes 1-2 days at a cost of 179 rubles (calculated by the volume of the parcel). It is profitable to use so as not to waste your time on self-pickup (we are located in the Maryino area).

Self-pickup in Moscow, Bratislava. We will send you the exact address by SMS after confirming the order.

Courier delivery in Moscow is possible even on the day of order. Delivery cost varies, usually from 450 to 600 rubles.

We do not like CDEK and we try not to poison them (it is expensive, for a long time, no one is responsible for anything). But if you really want CDEK delivery, you have an agreement with them and you will make an invoice – we will send this option without any problems. But we warned you =)

Delivery abroad

We can send by Russian Post to any region of the world where delivery is now possible ( you can check it here ).

Delivery times are from 2 weeks, usually about 4 weeks; during the period of temporary restrictions on flights can be up to 7-8 weeks. Your package will definitely not be lost, you can track its location using the tracking number.

Boxbury pick-up points. You can deliver to Kazakhstan and Belarus to pick-up points, this is often the cheapest delivery option, but so far there are points only in large cities.

Payment

In Russia

You can pay for your order by transferring to

Sberbank card.

We will send you payment instructions after confirming the order in WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Pickup can also be paid in cash.

Cash on delivery is possible upon delivery by Russian Post or courier in Moscow, while the cost of delivery will increase.

From abroad

From abroad, you can pay using transfers

PayPal (in rubles) or

Western Union (in USD).

When paying with PayPal, you will need to add + 7% to the transfer amount, this is the commission that the system takes from the recipient of the payment. When paying via Western Union, the commission will be debited from the sender.
